The Marine Offshore Construction Manager shall be responsible for all offshore construction work and for ensuring the Contractor’s compliance with respect to all construction activities related to the intake shaft, dredging, intake cap, and other offshore works under this Agreement.

We are seeking candidates with at least 10 years of experience in Marine Offshore Construction, managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity, specifically with offshore construction, marine construction logistics—including equipment fleet and personnel—and experience working in navigational channels.
