Job Description

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers during one of Montreal’s busiest tourism seasons.
• Deliver top-tier service in both French (Basic) and English, or other languages (Spanish) an asset.
• Handle retail transactions, organize product displays, and support merchandising.
• Be a brand ambassador for official Formula 1 products.
• Participate in in-store and outdoor activations (F1 simulators, live DJs, surprise visits by potential GP staff and drivers).

What We're Looking For

• Proven customer service and sales experience (retail, hospitality, events).
• Passion for Formula 1, sports, or luxury fashion.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented.
• Bilingual (FR/EN) – essential.

Bonus if You Have Experience With:

• E-commerce platforms
• Social Media tools: Instagram, Meta Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, Email marketing
• Visual merchandising or window display design
• Photo/video content creation
