KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with Engineering, Operations, Health and Safety, and Customers on the seamless execution of landed projects.
  • Ensure all work is completed on budget, on time, and in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.
  • Ensure all field crews have the equipment, materials, and appropriately-skilled personnel to complete the project.
  • Promote a safety first culture by working in a safe manner & adhering to all safety policies & procedures.
  • Work with Field Services scheduler, purchasing etc. to resolve any anticipated staffing needs / changes and material purchases to avoid project delays.
  • Responsible for quality control of all completed work both onsite and in-house.
  • Gather all necessary project information and costs for the purposes of compiling and writing up change notices and out of scope work (extras).

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of Project management experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Post-secondary education preferred with a background in mechanical design or engineering.
  • Project Management Professional certification or desire to pursue.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time and budget management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD True View.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning systems with preference for experience working with Microsoft NAV Dynamics.
  • Willing and able to travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
