Responsibilities
  1. Client & Service Expert: Develops strong product knowledge across all categories and ensures exemplary customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade Experience.
  2. Building Brand Equity: Understand and communicate the Kate Spade New York aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to the customer.
  3. Operational Excellence: Execute operational tasks as per company directives, accurately process all POS transactions, and adhere to visual directives to ensure store standards are executed daily.
Qualifications
  1. Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  2. Prior luxury goods experience preferred.
  3. Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  4. Works well in a team environment.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Physical Requirements
  1. Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings and weekends.
  2. Standing for extended periods of time.
  3. Able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds.
  4. Comfortable climbing ladders.
