Magic Stronghold Games is seeking a F/T Retail Sales Supervisor

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $28.85~$31.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Supervise and coordinate the sales team
2. Keep track of inventory levels and place merchandise orders
3. Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising
4. Assign tasks to employees and establish work schedules
5. Address issues, including customer inquiries and complaints
6. Participate in hiring and training new sales staff, while monitoring them and assessing their performance
7. Ensure the store meets visual standards, including displays, signage, and cleanliness

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1~2 years of retail sales experience are required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
