Position Summary :

The role involves providing industry-leading customer service, supporting advertising efforts on the internet, and managing the retention and growth of MSFT Advertising clients from campaign booking through the first full quarter (up to 180 days).

Overall Responsibilities :

  1. Become an expert in MSFT ad products to effectively match solutions and channels to client needs.
  2. Perform ad sales activities including outreach, cold calls, pitches, marketing strategy advice, RFP responses, media planning, and objection handling.
  3. Lead sales calls, campaign reviews, and strategic discussions to influence budget allocation and demonstrate the value of MSFT ads through tailored presentations.
  4. Serve as the primary contact, explaining MSFT advertising solutions and integrating them into clients' marketing strategies.
  5. Consult with clients on branding and response objectives, providing onboarding, optimization, upselling, and product feature recommendations.
  6. Manage the full sales cycle independently to meet monthly quotas, from lead generation to closing deals.
  7. Identify new leads, onboard prospects, and utilize sales tools to enhance effectiveness and track activities.
  8. Address campaign issues collaboratively across teams to uphold value propositions and best practices.
  9. Engage with all relevant client stakeholders, including onboarding new decision-makers and contacts.
  10. Achieve and surpass revenue and activity targets.

Job Requirements :

  1. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
  2. Experience in sales and digital advertising essential.
  3. Proficiency in Windows and internet-based environments.
  4. Ability to handle complex products and customer inquiries effectively.
  5. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills.
  6. Knowledge of B2B sales or digital marketing, with experience managing accounts and pipelines preferred.
  7. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
  8. Fluent written and spoken communication skills.
