Job Duties:

1. Plan, organize, and monitor the operational logistics of the organization.
2. Coordinate, assign, and review work activities.
3. Address work-related issues, provide technical guidance, and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and product quality.
4. Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
5. Ensure that all equipment and machinery are operating properly.
6. Participate in hiring and training workers on their duties and policies.
7. Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies for daily operations.
8. Organize tasks to ensure work completion.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1~2 years of relevant experience is required.
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
