About The Role

We are seeking an ERP Software Developer to join our team. You will contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing support of our Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) ERP system and Total Warehouse Logistics (TWL). Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations, maintain system integrity, and provide technical support. If you are passionate about problem-solving, process improvement, and ERP customization, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the daily activities of the software development team, ensuring project plans and deadlines are met.
2. Customize and configure Infor CSD and TWL to meet business needs.
3. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user queries to ensure system stability.
4. Manage data tasks, including inquiries, extracts, reports, and uploads, maintaining data integrity.
5. Identify and implement process improvements and automation within ERP systems.
6. Conduct end-user training to maximize system efficiency.
7. Lead system upgrades and enhancements, including testing and validation.
8. Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
9. Perform other duties as required.

What You’ll Bring

1. At least 2 years supporting ERP systems and warehouse solutions. Experience with Infor CloudSuite Distribution, SX.e, Infor ISM, and TWL is highly desirable.
2. Proficiency in MS SQL and JavaScript; experience with Progress ABL is a plus.
3. Knowledge of reporting tools and APIs.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
