Job Description:
The Housekeeping Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations within the Jasper Park Lodge and ensuring a seamless guest experience. In this role, you will support the hotel by:

1. Handling guest complaints and following through on action required.
2. General office administration which includes payroll, scheduling, ordering supplies, and inventory control.
3. Overseeing daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry departments as assigned.
4. Assisting in the organization and actively participating in the monthly department communication meetings.
5. Ensuring all employees are trained to work safely.
6. Progressive evaluation of staff performance in collaboration with their direct supervisors.

Qualifications:
Your experience and skills include:

1. Previous Supervisory experience required.
2. 3 years of Housekeeping experience, preferably in a 4 or 5-star property.
3. Laundry experience an asset.
4. Valid Alberta driver's license required.
