Role: Responsible for providing effective career development and job search coaching to outplacement participants, either individually or in groups. This is a 100% remote, 1099 contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Establish rapport with participants and motivate them to achieve their goals.
2. Guide participants through the coaching process and milestone completion.
3. Advise on career development, transition issues, and options.
4. Document service delivery in the Career Management System (CMS) following guidelines.
5. Deliver transition-related programs as directed by a manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-5 years of business experience with understanding of organizational structures and cultures.
• Expertise in virtual coaching and proficiency with technology, including high-speed internet, video conferencing, instant messaging (e.g., Slack), and booking tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Strong empathy, sensitivity, and ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, certifications, or higher degrees.
