The Adjuster actively manages claims while seeking business development opportunities through marketing and follow-up in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience in at least one of these areas: Auto, Property, Liability, Accident & Benefits, Bodily Injury claims.
  • University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Adjuster’s license or pursuing CIP designation.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
  • Effective analytical skills to identify cause and effect.
  • Strong investigative skills.
  • Ability to draw valid conclusions and communicate them effectively.
  • Ability to interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage conflicting tasks.
  • Proactive customer service approach, handling inquiries promptly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for resolving conflicts and handling difficult situations.
  • Dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
