Job description

Oversee day-to-day guest services operations including check-ins, site assignments, and general hospitality.

Promote, sell, and coordinate tourism and adventure packages (e.g., boating, hiking, tours, local attractions).

Collaborate with local tourism operators and community partners.

Provide friendly, solutions-focused guest support throughout their stay.

Hire, train, and manage seasonal guest services staff.

Maintain high standards for cleanliness, presentation, and safety.

Assist with light maintenance and grounds upkeep as needed.

Requirements

Prior experience in hospitality, resort, campground, or tourism operations.

Strong communication, service, and sales abilities—comfortable promoting local experiences and packages.

Passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences through local tourism connections.

Familiarity with camping/RV lifestyle and the outdoor travel market.

Basic handyman skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Leadership and team management experience, especially during peak season.
