The development of prevention services will be guided by the Prevention Services Committee, nation resources, and the support of YTCCFS Inc. Prevention Services. The Supervisor will network with nation-based programs, the Prevention Services Committee, and YTCCFS Inc. to deliver relevant prevention services and resources. The candidate should understand the impacts of colonialism on First Nations peoples, including Indian Residential Schools, intergenerational trauma, and their effects on individuals, families, and the child welfare system in First Nation communities.
