The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Staff Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategies for our Clinical Science portfolio. This critical role requires a proven product marketer experienced in clinical data, scientific insights, and practitioner needs, translating them into impactful go-to-market strategies. You will launch features supporting evidence-based care—protocols, diagnostics, supplement enhancements, and practitioner education—collaborating across Product, Clinical, Merchandising, lab, and supplement partners.

This is a builder’s role in a rapidly growing Clinical Science division. We seek someone with first-principles thinking, analytical rigor, and a bias for action .

Responsibilities

  • Own go-to-market for Clinical Science features—protocols, diagnostics, and supplements.
  • Translate clinical insights into clear, practitioner-ready messaging.
  • Align with Product and Merchandising to shape launches and promotional strategies.
  • Partner with labs and supplement brands to co-create messaging and content.
  • Use data to guide strategy, measure impact, and iterate.
  • Build positioning, messaging, and enablement from the ground up.
  • Support clinical education content and launches as part of broader GTM strategy.

Qualifications

  • 10–12+ years in product marketing, including 5+ in B2B.
  • Experience marketing to healthcare professionals or in digital health.
  • Comfort working across clinical, technical, and commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
  • Clear communicator with credible, concise messaging skills.
  • Experience with partner marketing in supplement or lab ecosystems.
  • First-principles thinker with a builder’s mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.

Bonus : Background in life sciences, clinical research, functional medicine, or as a practitioner (e.g., ND, nutritionist).
