Compensation : $65,000-$75,000 + Bonus (up to $12,500) + Tips + Profit Sharing

An exciting opportunity awaits at a well-established restaurant in Prince George, BC! We're seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead daily operations and elevate guest experiences. What You'll Do

  • Take an active role in service during all operating hours
  • Uphold high standards in Food & Beverage programs and brand quality
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing product knowledge training
  • Communicate daily updates related to Food & Beverage service
  • Manage hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling
  • Oversee inventory control, cost management, and labor targets
  • Foster strong relationships with regular guests and grow check averages
  • Balance daily cash and ensure smooth operational flow

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong interpersonal, guest service, and communication skills
  • Proficient with computer and administrative tasks
  • Ability to train teams and consistently deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality excellence
  • Commitment to building and developing people and relationships
  • First Aid, Serving It Right, and Food Safe certifications preferred but not required
