We are seeking a Senior DevOps Programmer to join our Core Technologies (Core Tech) team. Core Tech develops both backend and frontend services that support and enhance Behaviour games. Our services, primarily based on cloud technology, are utilized by games such as Dead by Daylight to develop in-game features, including matchmaking, player progression, in-game purchases, friends' systems, and messaging.

The DevOps role is essential for maintaining, automating, and improving the systems driving these games, ensuring all services are reliable, scalable, and efficient. Core Tech fully embraces the DevOps philosophy to achieve world-class reliability, scalability, and security. In this role you will:

• Transform our technology to adopt a DevOps philosophy.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms like AWS, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, ensuring cluster health, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate closely with developers to meet infrastructure needs, optimize resources, and enhance system performance and reliability.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to critical infrastructure issues and ensure minimal downtime.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency with DevOps practices and philosophy.
• Strong understanding and experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience automating infrastructure with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or similar.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
