As the Packing Relief Operator, you will ensure uninterrupted workflow by relieving team members during breaks and maintaining essential supplies to meet production standards. The ideal candidate will uphold our company's commitment to quality and safety by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Food Safety standards, and HACCP policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in all operations of production and wrapping.
2. Relieve all positions within the department for breaks and lunches as required.
3. Follow responsibilities listed for positions relieved.
4. Ensure the stacker is supplied with enough cardboard boxes and all needed supplies at all times.
5. Ensure that our product meets the company's standards and specifications.
6. Complete, legible, and accurate documentation.
7. Understand and follow all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
8. Maintain Food Safety and Quality Standard Requirements daily.
9. Understand and comply with the company's Allergen and HACCP policies.
10. Communicate any Food Safety or Equipment concerns to Supervision.
11. Perform all other tasks as directed by the Lead/Supervisor.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
2. Minimum 1 year in manufacturing or food environment.
3. Ability to read and write accurate and legible documentation.

Shift: 2nd

Hourly Range: $22.00 to $23.00
