Role and Responsibilities:

1. Understand product vision, strategy, roadmap, and evolution.
2. Understand the various Agile ceremonies and processes and support an Agile squad delivering capabilities.
3. Assist with analytics and reporting development using platforms such as Snowflake and Power BI.
4. Wear dual hat of Technical Business and Data Analyst.
5. Assist with squad management help identify risks impacting delivery and timelines.
6. Work closely with Product Owner and business stakeholders to define requirements and translate into system specifications working with development team.
7. Collaborate with teams to document both business and technical flow and deliveries requirements.
8. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and performing business checkouts during release and deployment.
9. Be able to interact comfortably with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor and above degree in relevant areas
2. Project management experience in matrix organizations
3. Proficient in business analysis techniques and methodologies
4. Strong communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
5. Ability to document complex business processes and controls.
6. Experience in using reporting tools especially Microsoft Excel and Power BI and database such as Snowflake and SQL Server
7. Analytical mindset and attention to detail
8. Good understanding of building data applications
9. Ability to operate independently with respect to some job responsibilities.

Good to have:

1. 5+ years relevant technical experience
2. Coding experience in Python and API automation
3. Experience in database
