Who You Are

Senior Service Activation Coordinators at Jolera are responsible for all implementation and activation logistics across various environments globally. Our coordinators are responsible for all activities associated with onboarding managed services for our clients, ensuring each implementation runs smoothly, to meet Jolera’s high standards for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating implementation and / or integration activities across multiple projects in a busy managed services environment.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, organize, and monitor project logistics, driving daily activities to ensure project deadlines are consistently met
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures
  • Organize and attend various stakeholder meetings
  • Act as the point of contact for various project stakeholder groups
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate issues and risks that may impact project success
  • Ensure team members have what is required to complete their assigned tasks
  • Motivate and influence others to take accountability for their assigned work
  • Coordinate resources, meetings, and information
  • Document and follow up on important project actions and decisions from meetings
  • Collect information for project updates
  • Keep all project notes up to date
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute to participants
  • Provide detailed updates to project managers and stakeholders
  • Perform billing tasks
  • Participate in forecasting the probability of meeting milestone dates with senior management and project managers
  • Create and follow up on Change and Procurement requests
  • Track hardware shipments
  • Ensure internal systems are kept up to date with project status, enforce project time entries
  • Monitor milestone requirements
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Who You Are

  • Minimum 3 years of IT project coordination experience
  • Experience managing priorities across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional ability to track tasks, deadlines, and progress
  • Results-driven with strong multitasking skills and a sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools like MS Project
  • Experience with distributed deployment projects across multiple sites, regions, and time zones
  • Experience in collaborative IT consulting environments
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies
  • Effective communication with global team members and clients
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
