Commercial Flat Roofing Sales Representative $70,000–$95,000 (Toronto and GTA)

Are you a motivated sales professional with experience in the roofing industry? We are looking for a Commercial Flat Roofing Sales Representative to join a dynamic team serving Toronto and the GTA. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in flat roofing systems and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients in re-roofing and new construction projects.
2. Generate leads and close sales for flat roofing systems, including Modified Bitumen and Built-Up Roofing (BUR).
3. Provide clients with expert advice on 4-ply, 2-ply, modified bitumen, peel-and-stick, and single-ply roofing systems.
4. Identify opportunities for additional roof repair work and upsell services.
5. Collaborate with the project and operations team to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in flat roofing sales or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of commercial flat roofing systems (Modified Bitumen, BUR, single-ply, etc.).
3. Proven ability to find and complete repairs on commercial roofs.
4. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. A results-driven attitude with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Compensation:

1. Competitive salary plus commission structure. Estimated range: $70,000–$95,000 (commensurate with experience).
