Responsibilities

• Lead staff recruitment, scheduling, development, and performance management
• Foster relationships with your team and customers, ensuring every customer feels like a valued client
• Drive business growth through creative promotional strategies and customer engagement
• Contribute to team development and business direction
• Maintain a "How Can I Make It Better?" attitude, continuously improving operations
• Oversee operations during your shifts and be available for support on off days

Qualifications
