You’ll be part of our pharmacy team committed to providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients’ expectations. We seek friendly, knowledgeable, and professional individuals who will prioritize meeting the health needs of our patients.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  1. Work within your assigned territory, demonstrating warmth, empathy, and compassion, acting in the patient’s best interest to achieve excellence in patient-centered care, customer service, workflow efficiencies, and professional clinical services (disease state management, medication reviews and adherence, health risk assessments, injections/vaccines).
  2. Provide patient counseling and education for new therapies, tailoring approaches to the needs and concerns of patients and caregivers, considering literacy, hearing loss, privacy, etc.
  3. Initiate care plans, follow up, and ensure proper documentation.
  4. Participate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent health and wellness services to all patients.
  5. Engage actively in all areas of Fusion to ensure seamless patient care and consistent pharmacy experiences across locations.
  6. Ensure prescription safety, prioritizing technical functions to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required.
  7. Thoroughly understand all relevant corporate pharmacy services and programs, providing each customer/patient with the most suitable options to meet their healthcare needs.
  8. Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, attending training as necessary.
  9. Adhere to all regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures (e.g., OHS, Loss Prevention, CQI).

What you have to offer:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Must be a licensed pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
  • Injection and First Aid Certification.
  • Kroll software experience is preferred.

The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $58.99 per hour. We consider factors such as your location, experience, skills, internal equity, and market conditions to ensure fair and competitive compensation.
