Volker Stevin Contracting Ltd. is seeking a Bridge Foreman to lead bridge rehabilitation projects in Edmonton. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. Reporting to the Superintendent, the Bridge Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising bridge rehabilitation and maintenance projects primarily in the Edmonton region. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and lead our bridge division. We are looking for a skilled leader who is ready to take ownership of projects and drive success in our bridge rehabilitation operations. Responsibilities include ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating project timelines, and managing resources efficiently. The role requires a leader who can work independently while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
