Job Description

Silk & Snow is a Toronto-based, digitally native business that offers thoughtfully designed bedding, furniture, and sleep products with a frictionless customer experience. We are a small and highly collaborative team, looking to add an operationally-minded, detail-oriented individual to join our Retail Operations team.

We’re hiring a Retail Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational success of our growing store network. You’re someone who thrives on structure, loves cross-functional problem-solving, and enjoys creating calm out of chaos. You’re hands-on, organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid position based out of our Toronto office.

In This Role You Will

Work closely with the Manager of Retail Operations and serve as the key point of contact for Silk & Snow stores, supporting operations, launches, and general maintenance. Responsibilities include :

  • Act as the primary contact for daily operational inquiries from assigned stores
  • Coordinate with various internal teams (CX, IT, supply chain, visual merchandising, etc.) to action store-level needs
  • Communicate promotional details, signage plans, and launch information to stores and follow up to ensure timelines are met
  • Support store openings and product launches by organizing and validating in-store execution (e.g., signage, layouts, merchandising)
  • Collect photos / audits from store teams and review them for compliance with brand standards, providing feedback when needed
  • Track replenishment needs and coordinate non-SKU’d item restocks (e.g., shopping bags, stickers, footpads)
  • Monitor adherence to SOPs, manage checklists, and flag deviations to the Manager of Retail Operations
  • Redirect operational issues or inquiries to the appropriate team and follow through until resolution
  • Gather field feedback to help optimize processes, improve launch execution, and inform larger strategic decisions

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, retail coordination, or project management (experience in a retail network or multi-store environment is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled at relationship building and cross-functional coordination
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while following through on execution
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Docs
  • Familiarity with project management tools and Shopify / Storis & Fulfi l.io is a plus
