Job Title: Lawful Access Analyst (12 months contract)

Position Details
  • Contract Duration: 12 months
  • Shift Availability: Various shifts including midnight-8am, 4pm-midnight, and 8am-4pm
  • Preferred Shift: 12:00 am - 8:00 am
Responsibilities
  • Respond to Canadian law enforcement agency inquiries requesting assistance during exigent (emergency) circumstances.
  • Answer calls to determine the nature of law enforcement inquiries and the assistance required from Rogers.
  • Support 911 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) across Canada by facilitating access to customer information under exigent circumstances.
  • Respond to inquiries from law enforcement agencies related to criminal investigations, following departmental procedures.
  • Analyze records and prepare reports based on data stored within business systems in response to court orders.
  • Manage special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work various shifts including overnight, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
  • Applicants with backgrounds in legal, telecommunications, or law enforcement-related programs are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal government security clearance.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strict attention to detail.
  • Must have been living in Canada for at least 10 years.
  • Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Rogers technologies is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Vision 21, SGI, AS400, MS Word, Excel is preferred.
  • Credit and criminal background checks will be conducted for all final candidates.
