The Human Resources Administrator will support various HR functions, such as assisting with the employee life cycle, recruitment, and helping to promote our core values within the organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to dive into the versatile world of human resources within the hospitality industry, while contributing to our mission of providing exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes
  • Help schedule interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including onboarding activities and paperwork for new hires, and offboarding employees
  • Maintain employee records and assist in managing HR databases
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and training programs
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree or certificate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in administration, customer service, or a similar role considered an asset
  • Strong interest in human resources and the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
