Job description

As the Educator, you are responsible for providing our guests with a world-class experience in product and culture. You are able to speak authentically about who we are and how to use our product. You love design, value integrity, and don’t take yourself too seriously.

Responsibilities :

1. Successfully communicate special features, benefits, fabric properties, usage, and best care instructions.
2. Contribute to achieving daily shop sales targets.
3. Maintain knowledge of in-shop stock availability on the sales floor and in backrooms.
4. Actively maintain shop appearance, keeping merchandise stocked and organized, while ensuring the shop is clean and well presented.
5. Receive and process stock from warehouse (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs), including unpacking, counting, tagging, folding, sizing, and placing on the floor, with overflow stock in back room and storage areas.
6. Assist with re-stocking and pricing duties, including sale preparation.
7. Ensure items from change rooms are returned to appropriate areas, sized and tagged.
8. Prepare merchandise for tailoring or alteration, completing necessary documentation.
9. Complete assigned clean-up duties.
10. Utilize the Point of Sale system to process payments, refunds, exchanges, and issue gift cards.
11. Participate in staff training and shop events as scheduled.
12. Demonstrate qualities such as being smart, ego-free, fun, goal-oriented, and driven by integrity.
13. Live and design a life that is uniquely your own through goal setting and personal responsibility.
