What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  2. Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  3. Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  4. Maintain knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones and computers
  5. Offer additional products and services to enhance customer experience

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Must possess an associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification
  2. Fluency in both French and English, including reading and writing
  3. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  4. High school diploma or GED
  5. Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  2. Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
  3. Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
