What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
- Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Maintain knowledge of client products and services, including smartphones and computers
- Offer additional products and services to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess an associate degree, bachelor's degree, or tech certification
- Fluency in both French and English, including reading and writing
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PCs
