Reporting directly to the Director of Development, the BIM Coordinator will play a key role in supporting real estate projects from early design through construction. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being deeply integrated with architecture, planning, and construction teams. As a digital collaborator, you’ll serve as a proactive and detail-oriented “right hand” to development leads—anticipating needs, maintaining clean model workflows, and ensuring that design data supports project outcomes with accuracy and impact.
What will you be responsible for?
Oversee creation and coordination of architectural BIM models from concept through working drawings.
Serve as a key knowledge base and internal resource—resolving issues, automating tasks, and anticipating coordination challenges before they arise.
Perform architectural model audits and flag potential design issues early.
Develop, manage, and enforce project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
Act as a digital extension of development managers—curating drawings, exporting sets, updating schedules, and providing model-based answers in real-time.
Support team members with Revit training, troubleshooting, and workflow enhancements.
