What You’ll Do :

As an electronics assembler in the coating / masking or inline washing department, your day-to-day responsibilities may include :

  • Applying painter’s tape to specific components as part of the masking process
  • Operating coating equipment and ensuring even application
  • Removing masking tape post-process and verifying product readiness
  • Conducting visual quality inspections using magnification tools or microscopes
  • Collaborating across departments and assisting with general production as needed

Required Experience & Skills :

  • 1+ year in electronics manufacturing (soldering, assembly, coating, inspection,
  • Strong manual dexterity and comfort working with small, intricate components
  • Experience using a microscope for inspection work
  • Ability to meet Controlled Goods Directive (CGD) clearance requirements
  • Proven team player – references must confirm strong collaboration skills
  • Desire to learn and grow within company

  • Flexible to rotate across different workstations
  • Comfortable standing and moving for the duration of a shift

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 / hr.
