About Smart Infrastructure, Buildings (SIB)

What will you do :
  • Understand the marketplace, competitors, customers, and decision influencers across regions and segments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities, achieve sales and profit goals, and deliver forecasted results.
  • Grow existing customer relationships and propose additional services from Siemens' portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
  • Attend industry networking events.
  • Develop proposals, estimates, and presentations, working with various internal and external resources to close sales.
  • Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and seminars to stay current on market and product trends.
What will you need to succeed :
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related certifications (preferred).
  • Proven sales or technical background, with a desire to transition into sales.
  • Strong understanding of Building Automation or Electrical/Mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to drive strategy and growth initiatives in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.
