Role Objective:

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Oncology portfolio, guiding brand strategies and coaching teams in innovative ways.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage marketing tactics and strategies supporting commercialization and profitability.
  2. Develop and execute strategic brand plans, leveraging market insights and managing budgets.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Lead marketing and analytics teams, managing direct reports.
  2. Develop Canadian strategic brand plans and marketing programs.
  3. Utilize market research to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  4. Engage with customers to gather insights and develop market intelligence.
  5. Partner with field teams to align on brand and portfolio vision.
  6. Coordinate promotional activities and strategic marketing initiatives.
  7. Manage project plans, monitor progress, and facilitate cross-functional coordination.
  8. Drive forecasts and manage cross-functional operational expenses.
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 7 years in a commercial environment, with Oncology marketing experience.
  • Experience in sales management, market access, analytics, or medical affairs is a plus.
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, with a hybrid work environment.
Capabilities:

  • Fluent in English; bilingual English/French is an asset.
