POSITION SUMMARY

Lulu Bar Toronto is looking for an experienced server to join their team on a full-time contract. Servers are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, explaining the menu, ensuring smooth service, processing transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Greet guests warmly and promptly
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes
• Make quality food and drink recommendations
• Know the menu thoroughly and accommodate dietary requests
• Take orders and enter them into the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas
• Check on guests' satisfaction and respond to requests
• Perform additional duties as needed

WHAT YOU HAVE

• 1-2 years of serving or bartending experience in a full-service restaurant
• Knowledge of wine and cocktails is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Basic knowledge of dining procedures
• Math skills, ability to handle money, operate POS
• Pro Serve Certification (can be obtained within 30 days)
• Professionalism and composure in stressful situations
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift trays up to 25 pounds
• Must be over 19 years old
