RFQ - Technical Consultant

The Commission is seeking Proposals to serve as technical consultants to the Commission in four areas:

1. Electric Utility Services
2. Potable Water (Drinking Water) Services
3. Solid Waste (including all forms of municipal waste) Services
4. Wastewater Services

Interested parties may submit qualifications for any or all of the identified services.

Consultants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered responsive to this notice:

1. A minimum of five years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
1. Engineering
2. Accounting
3. Legal (Attorney)
2. Relevant, applicable experience, which must be detailed in your response.

One (1) electronic copy of the applicant’s statement of qualifications shall be submitted electronically to info@psc.vi.gov or one hard copy and an electronic media copy enclosed in an envelope, sealed, addressed and mailed to the Office of The Executive Director, Virgin Islands Public Services Commission, P. O. Box 40, St. Thomas, VI 00804-0040 no later than 5:00 p.m. AST on Thursday, April 25, 2025. The submittal should clearly be marked on envelopes and/or subject line “ QUALIFICATIONS – Technical Consultant.”
