Be a critical part of our Customer Operations team, which delivers world-class service and maintains thriving relationships with Bell customers. You will gain valuable experience and insights to address inquiries and concerns, provide technical assistance, process orders and service requests, manage customer accounts, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

As part of our team, you will be at the heart of our customers' experiences.

Employees in this role are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of services provided to residential and small business customers. They may also perform installation, maintenance, repair, and coin collection of payphone services.

Education Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program at a recognized learning institution in good academic standing.

Ability Requirements of the Position:

Physical:

  • Climb poles daily using ladders, spurs, and other tools.
  • Ability to distinguish colours.
  • Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Work effectively aloft.
  • Ability to maneuver and climb ladders extending up to 28 ft. high supporting a max weight of 375 lbs.

Skills / Knowledge:

  • Communication skills—verbal and written.
  • Computer skills—Email (Outlook and MSN), Intranet / Internet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
  • Dealing with ambiguity.

Other:

  • Successful completion of physical abilities test (as per job demands matrix) may be required.
  • Flying in helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft to remote locations and oil rigs may be required.
  • Travel using various modes of transportation in all weather conditions.
  • Hold a valid, in good standing, regular driver's license (Class 5).
  • Flexible to work 40 hours per week, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High manual dexterity, able to work with a variety of hand tools.
  • Strong interest in technology.
  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Agility and ability to adapt in a changing environment.
