Job Overview: Looking for a job in the mountains? Come join our tight-knit team here at the lake! We are a family-owned and operated cozy cabin resort looking for a great individual to add to our team. You must be a team player, organized, hardworking, with a great attitude! Work Term Requirement: April 1, until Early November 2025. In this role, you would assist with the daily upkeep of all units/property. Sometimes you are working on a project and are called away to an issue in a guest unit. You could be painting, gardening, installing a new ceiling fan, or fixing a leaking faucet. No two days are the same! Some overnight On-Call shifts are also required.

Some Duties would include:

1. Reporting to the Supervisor
2. Ground repairs and landscaping
3. Performing tasks within carpentry, minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and other finish work
4. Inspect and general maintenance of all buildings and equipment as well as preventative maintenance to ensure proper and safe working conditions
5. Completion of daily routine

Position Requirements:
English Fluency Level: Intermediate

Job Requirements:

• General Maintenance experience (1+ years)
• Valid Class 5 License (Class 3 would be an asset)
• Carpentry experience (or similar trade)
• General knowledge of power tools and basic machinery an asset
• An understanding of plumbing is a great asset
