As a Senior Associate in Capital Projects Advisory within our Infrastructure and Real Estate Advisory practice, you will assist clients in defining, evaluating, planning, and preparing for major initiatives. You will help manage scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, communications, and reporting for complex mega projects. Using our best practices around governance, people, processes, technology, and data, you will strengthen our clients' capital project frameworks to mitigate risks.
You will build relationships across private sector, government, and public sector clients, focusing on the Quebec market and infrastructure and real estate projects based in Quebec.
Additionally, you will provide advisory support, conduct project/contract reviews, assessments, audits, and advise senior executives and Boards on strategic and delivery aspects of large capital projects. You will also assist clients in digital strategy development, analytics implementation, and data utilization to improve performance. Your role includes supporting proposals and business development initiatives.
Our Infrastructure & Real Estate team, comprising approximately 120 professionals nationwide, supports public and private clients across sectors such as infrastructure, transit, nuclear power, hydrogen, mining, aerospace, and aviation.
We deliver practical solutions at every project lifecycle stage for clients in highly competitive, multi-billion-dollar international industries. Our team includes experienced consultants, project and program managers, planners, project controllers, architects, engineers, construction managers, contract managers, quantity surveyors, and related professionals. We leverage decades of global industry experience alongside Deloitte’s reputation as a leading professional service firm.
