The Role

As a food and beverage attendant, you'll provide exceptional service in our outlets, supporting the front-of-house team. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, answering reservations, running food and drinks, supporting bartenders, clearing and setting tables, replenishing buffet lines, and in-room dining service.

Job Duties
  • Provide high-quality guest service supporting the front-of-house team.
  • Run food and drinks, clear and set tables, replenish buffet lines.
  • Support bartenders with glassware and replenishment.
  • Greet guests, handle reservations, guide guests to tables.
  • Serve in-room dining, including taking orders, delivering, and processing payments.
  • Provide information about the restaurant and area to guests.
  • Maintain positive relationships with co-workers.
  • Perform other duties to ensure excellent service and operations.
Requirements
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
  • Professional grooming and presentation.
  • Organized during busy and slow periods.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including reservations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Self-motivated, accurate work, exceptional guest service skills.
  • Must hold Alberta ProServe certification and have relevant experience.
