Browns Socialhouse Camrose is looking for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager position has growth potential and will challenge your leadership values and commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in day-to-day leadership and management of the restaurant.
2. Maintain and support the high standards of Browns Socialhouse and the quality in our food and beverage programs.
3. Co-ordinate and conduct pre-shift meetings and maintain daily communication for food, wine and beverage details as they relate to service.
4. Develop and maintain staff's knowledge through ongoing training.
5. Cultivate a positive work environment where staff development and good work are recognized.

Qualifications:

1. At least two years of management experience working in the restaurant industry.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, guest service, and oral/written communication skills.
3. Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
4. Strong computer skills and office administration skills.
5. The ability to train team members.
6. High attention to detail.
7. True passion for customer service at the highest level.
8. Social media experience is a huge asset.
9. Honesty and reliability.
10. Flexibility to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
