About our Client

Our client, a supplier of rail and track accessories is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to add to their team in Delta on a temporary to permanent full-time basis. They are offering an hourly rate of $25-$30 an hour based on the required qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Present and promote products to prospective and existing customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Analyze the territory / market’s potential, track sales, and prepare status reports.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research and report to management on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and the potential for new products.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales and administration
  • Proven track record of success
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
  • Able to create and deliver presentations tailored to the needs of the audience
