Pumping Solutions, a DXP company, is seeking a Sales Professional in Ontario, California, with a relocation expectation within the first year of employment. Relocation territories include Hayward, CA; Sacramento, CA; Stockton, CA; San Jose, CA; and Fresno, CA.

Job Description:
  • Be the tip of the spear in the sales organization
  • Create and close sales leads
  • Grow current customer sales numbers
  • Create new prospect customers
  • Create technical and engineered solutions for customers
  • Provide pumping solutions
Duties and responsibilities:
At Desk
  • Make 50+ outbound appointment setting calls a day when working from home
  • Answer customer phone calls and technical questions
  • Provide customer quotes and solutions
  • Create and close sales leads
In the Field
  • Conduct 5-10 real sales call meetings with customers
  • Perform product demonstrations
  • Solve customer problems
  • Learn customer needs
  • Educate customers on company capabilities
  • Identify and solve problems customers are unaware of
Skills and Specifications:
  • Mechanical knowledge preferred
  • Customer service, people skills, and outbound personality
  • Ambition and quick learner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong math skills

  • Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (D.O.E), with a competitive commission plan
