Job description

Clariem is a boutique management consulting firm that offers team members the opportunity to make a significant impact and advance their careers.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant / Analyst to work closely with Clariem's founder and provide support in day-to-day tasks and projects. This is a long-term position, initially as a contract with potential transition to full-time employment after a 90-day trial period. The role is vital to building internal processes for the company's growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Communicating on behalf of the executive
  • Proactively managing email and phone communications with stakeholders
  • Screening conversations, serving as gatekeeper, and representing the executive in initial interactions
  • Managing the calendar and reminders
  • Supporting meeting preparations, note-taking, and documentation
  • Taking meeting notes and tracking follow-ups
  • Converting information into usable formats, such as PowerPoint presentations
  • Conducting internet research and organizing content
  • Maintaining organized notes and documentation for easy access
  • Managing the consulting talent pool in the HR system by tracking candidates
  • Handling general administrative tasks, such as preparing for industry events and conferences

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role is suited for an experienced executive assistant but is open to young professionals with strong behavioral skills, work ethic, and discipline.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, SharePoint)
  • Proactive, responsive, with excellent follow-through skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail
  • Ability to represent the executive to various stakeholders
  • Skill in managing priorities to optimize the executive's time and engagement
  • Experience in a consulting environment is a plus
