A well-established resort is seeking a talented Sous Chef with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a quality restaurant, resort, or hotel operation.

Requirements :

1. Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Sous Chef in a quality hotel, resort, or restaurant
2. Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers, understand reports and related correspondence, and perform all essential job functions accurately
3. Experience in five-star resort and restaurant operations is preferred
4. Experience in quality food and beverage management

The salary is approximately $60,000 and includes suitable studio-style accommodation along with excellent benefits. Enjoy a country lifestyle with lake fishing and boating opportunities, which can help save money.
