Total Credit Recovery (TCR) is seeking both junior and senior 3rd Party Debt Collectors.

We do not require any prior education, just a clear criminal background check and a clear credit check!

If you're experienced in 3rd party collections, you can benefit immediately from our lucrative commission structures, which are among the best in the industry with major clients. Experienced collectors can expect to negotiate a base salary based on their experience. In 2023, TCR’s average commission payments to senior agents were $20,000 per year.

If you're new to collections, you can expect to earn minimum wage plus an average of $2-3 per hour in commissions and bonuses!

If you're bilingual in French, this will be considered an asset and may add a shift premium!
