Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers requiring alternative transportation while their vehicle is in service.
  • Verify customers provide proper documentation before departing in a loaner vehicle.
  • Maintain inventory status of the loaner fleet and report any damages.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers requiring alternative transportation while their vehicle is in service.
  • Verify customers provide proper documentation and complete appropriate paperwork before departing the dealership in a loaner vehicle.
  • Ensure loaner vehicles are in appropriate condition to be loaned to customers – fluids filled, interior and exterior clean, courtesy stickers applied, proper plates, and all weather mats in place.
  • Maintain inventory status of the loaner fleet and report any damages to management.
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and client retention by resolving complaints or concerns promptly; take ownership of the customer's experience and perform additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Pay: $17.50 per hour
