Executive Assistant to a Busy Senior Director in a Leading Professional Regulator

Type : Hybrid

4 days onsite, 1 day work from home

Salary: $68-76k

Location: Downtown Toronto, ON

Our client is a leading professional regulator in the downtown core with over 100,000 members. You will be responsible for providing confidential executive administrative support to the Executive Director and the Professional Regulation Counsel. This includes:

  1. Streamlining and facilitating the flow of administrative services through the office of the Executive Director.
  2. Planning, scheduling, management, and tracking of projects.
  3. Coordinating responses to urgent and sensitive inquiries for the Office of the Executive Director.
  4. Coordinating events and managing calendars on behalf of the Executive Director.

Requirements:

  1. 6+ years of Executive Assistant support to C-Level Executives.
  2. Experience in Not for Profit, Legal, or Professional Association sectors is a MUST.
  3. Working knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint.
