Job description

Our client is a fast-growing software company. A growing number of Global 3000 companies are using their products to manage the integrity of their enterprise systems. Their clients range in industries as diverse as Financial Services, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Technology and Managed Services.

They have engaged ROSS (www.getROSS.com) to help them recruit a Partner Channel Manager. ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth. We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Recruitment Augmentation complemented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

You will be involved in developing programs and materials that enable Client’s partners to be successful in service delivery and reselling software. You will work closely with business development, services, and marketing departments to ensure success and alignment of all special projects, portals and systems, communications, and marketing programs directed at partners and end user client market in association with partners.

General Responsibilities:
  1. Helping coordinate or align elements of service product deliverables and training.
  2. Communications and ensure support and management of partners which are aligned.
  3. The creation of marketing materials and educational materials directed at partner resources.
  4. Managing communications and updates on new offerings, solutions, and cases from client to the partners.
  5. Managing the creation, content, and maintenance of systems supporting partners including portals.
  6. Reporting on metrics of the partner program.
  7. Other duties/responsibilities as requested.
Requirements:
  1. Either Intermediate (2+) or Senior (5+) years experience in the software industry preferably in marketing or business development/channel program support.
  2. Proven success in creating and executing marketing programs.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  5. Demonstrated project management experience.
  6. Makes suggestions for improving work processes.
Nice to have:
  1. Experience with virtualization technologies would be an asset but not required.
  2. Degree or diploma in Sales or Marketing or a related field is strongly preferred.
