WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TERRITORY MANAGER
- SENIORITY LEVEL: G33= Experienced, Non-management
- FUNCTION: Marketing
- LOCATION: EAST EDMONTON (This role is also requested to visit stores in other cities near Edmonton East)
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of the Commercial Marketing team.
The role is responsible for delivering commercial and consumer performance within an assigned geographical area by building strong customer relationships with retailers & staff, leveraging commercial insights and digital assets to meet consumer needs.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Managing your territory to deliver volume and market share targets, contributing to achieving national, regional, and district objectives, through effective implementation of cycle activities across product categories;
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience by leveraging digital tools, maintaining strong relationships, training retailers and staff, responding promptly to questions and concerns, monitoring contract compliance, and providing personalized insights to drive performance;
- Generating and maintaining market demand by ensuring adequate inventory, attaining distribution targets, reducing out-of-stock situations, merchandising effectively, and ensuring competitive pricing;
- Collaborating on special projects at provincial and national levels with your team of Territory Managers;
- Driving performance in a highly regulated market.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Experience Required
- 1–3 years relevant work experience (e.g., marketing-focused role)
- Experience in FMCG or a global organization
- Strong extracurricular participation record (e.g., case competitions, student groups, sports)
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
- A desire for daily learning and growth opportunities
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong business insights, strategic thinking, and account management capabilities
- Energetic, driven, and autonomous
- Proficiency with digital tools and ability to interpret commercial data to identify opportunities and implement plans
- Ability to focus on long-term objectives while capitalizing on short-term opportunities
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Valid driver’s license in any Canadian province or territory
- Legal right to work in Canada
