Responsibilities
  • Responsible for optimizing and creating weekly department schedules aligning labour to department volume.
  • Maintains adherence to CBA standards in all scheduling-related tasks.
  • Tracks department productivity daily and makes staffing recommendations to departments.
  • Observe departments to understand business volumes and staffing needs/opportunities.
  • Assists in all scheduling and administrative responsibilities for the assigned areas of the Property.
  • Approves and corrects time, monitors daily departmental time reports, and adjusts job/department codes as necessary.
  • Assists Human Resources / Payroll with PTO, LOA, Attendance, Payroll, and other administrative support duties.
  • Communicates changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, and development/division transfers to Human Resources / Payroll.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects all sensitive/personal information.
  • Returns phone calls and inquiries promptly.
  • Provides superior internal service to all Operators and team members helpfully and responsively.
  • Creates a welcoming and responsive environment for all team members.
  • Assists on special assignments, reporting, and/or other administration as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor – Planning & Analysis.
  • Attends seminars/training when needed.
  • Meets with executives & heads of departments for all scheduling related needs.

Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift 30 to 40 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, use of hands, reaching, talking, hearing, and sensory abilities including vision.
  • Work environment may be hectic, fast-paced, crowded, and noisy, with exposure to casino-related environmental factors.
Education and Experience
  • College Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Statistics, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum two years of related experience in financial analysis, marketing, or operational analysis, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including MS Office; experience with industry-specific software like Virtual Roster/Kronos is preferred.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, including financial modeling and operational reviews.
  • Must be at least 19 years old.
Working Conditions
  • Performed in a regulated environment with occasional presence on the Casino Floor, which may involve exposure to noise and other environmental factors.
