Job description

Position Overview

As a Demand Generation Manager at Autodesk, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing targeted and relevant automated campaigns to guide prospects through email and webinar channels, nurturing them into satisfied customers. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including growth, content, product marketing, and marketing operations, to ensure the successful execution of campaign activities. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales leads and raising awareness of our products in specific marketing industries. You will work closely with worldwide, divisional, and market segment teams to ensure effective campaigns for an assigned region and maintain consistent messaging with distributors and solutions providers, aligning marketing programs with sales objectives.

Responsibilities: What You Will Do

  1. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including creating automated campaigns to guide prospects through paid media, email, and webinar channels, nurturing them into satisfied customers. This involves creating segments, copywriting, proofreading, and reporting on campaign performance.
  2. Coordinate and initiate campaigns with internal stakeholders. Plan for optimization and growth opportunities through A/B and multivariate testing to gain insights into customer behavior.
  3. Manage demand generation activities, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and guide creative, copy, and development teams to produce cohesive and brand-aligned designs.
  4. Analyze campaign performance to optimize content for webinar and email channels. Report on key metrics such as open rates, click-throughs, unsubscribes, and lead conversions, deriving insights to improve future campaigns.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of campaign activities. Present campaign performance reports clearly and concisely. Work cross-functionally with other Autodesk marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing materials within demand generation programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and executing targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong background in managing email campaigns, including planning and optimization through A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Experience in project management, especially in campaign management and stakeholder communication.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and implement industry-focused marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives and increase leads.
  • Experience working with worldwide, divisional, and GEO teams for regional campaigns.
  • Ability to work with distributors and resellers to maintain messaging consistency, manage MDF, and align marketing with sales goals.
  • Proficiency in creating and adapting marketing collateral, toolkits, and campaigns for target customer segments.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships, monitoring resource effectiveness, and maximizing ROI.
